Teacher Evaluation Method

Danielson powered by Oncourse Evaluate

All teachers are evaluated three times a year by district administration through both scheduled and unannounced observations. District teachers are being evaluated using the Danielson 2007 model. This model consists of four Domains: Planning and Preparation, The Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities. Each of these Domains consists of job specific Components and Elements by which the teacher is evaluated on a performance scale of Ineffective, Partially Effective, Effective and Highly Effective.

100% of Stow Creek Teachers have an Evaluation rating of Proficient.
